The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) is the largest association in Ontario representing those who own, manage, build and finance residential rental properties. The Canadian CRB Program was developed by the FRPO to provide rental housing consumers with a quality-assurance alternative they can count on when selecting their rental apartment home and provides property managers with a tangible way to differentiate themselves in the competitive rental marketplace.
LandlordBC is the association representing owners and managers of rental housing in British Columbia. Through the maintenance of a proactive and positive advocacy role with government, media and stakeholders, LandlordBC promotes and conserves the interests and rights of rental housing providers, fosters public understanding of the rental housing industry and, ensures reliance on LandlordBC in development of government legislation.
GRESB, formerly the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark, issues standards for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance disclosure. Founded in the Netherlands in 2009, it helps real estate investors assess the sustainability performance of commercial real estate portfolios around the globe. GRESB is a mission-driven and industry-led organization that provides actionable and transparent environmental, social and governance (ESG) data to financial markets.
